Reset & Recovery Room began with love for our family, personal experiences and a wish to create something positive for others. Our story is rooted in a simple belief: looking after ourselves matters, and making time for wellbeing should feel within reach.
Where it all began
It started when a member of our family took up boxing. Watching him train made us think more deeply about the importance of rest, recovery and looking after the body. We wanted to understand how time to pause and recharge could fit alongside the demands of his sport.
At the same time, our family had experienced health challenges of our own. Those experiences reminded us how precious our health is, and how important it is to care for ourselves both physically and mentally.
Turning experience into purpose
As we explored different therapies and approaches to wellbeing, an idea began to take shape. We wanted to create somewhere welcoming where people could step away from the demands of everyday life and take some time for themselves.
That idea became Reset & Recovery Room Limited. Our family experiences gave us the motivation to build a place centred on rest, relaxation and a thoughtful welcome. We wanted to turn something personal into something positive for our wider community.

Our aim is to make wellbeing sessions more approachable and affordable. Whether you enjoy sport, are finding your way through a busy or challenging period, or simply want a quiet moment to recharge, we want you to feel comfortable getting in touch.
We believe a welcoming experience starts with clear information and the freedom to ask questions. You should be able to explore the options, understand the prices and talk to us about your visit before deciding what feels right for you.
